dumbest dog

OK so the dumbest dog is a pug. The answer is no. Chihuahua is number one. Oh yes, they take the prize. Also they have a loud voice. Please add that they are snappy. Just what we need is an annoying puppy. Like one that never grows up. Basically, the number two place goes to the pug. Namely, that are almost as dumb - close but no cigar.
