 Sleep disturbances are caused by bad air.  I want to talk about the quality of our air. Oh yes, it is quite poor now. Most people do not complain, but when we breathe it in... like that that will be a factor in shortening our life span. Please do understand that we really need to control pollution some more.

 Yo, electric bicycles are dangerous as the batteries can cause FIRES as in massive. Well, that should never amaze us. Lithium is a dangerous product to use. Laptops also can cause FIRES as we see. Maybe, we should ban electric cars even.

 People are logging out of Netflix and perhaps they will never log back in. Oh yes, we really did say the word - never.  Do blame the high grocery prices. Food is more important than watching stale old movies. Yeah, we know it is a lot more... that would be important - mon ami.

 Miami is popular with high-income earners. Yeah, relocating can save em money. Actually, we need to consider the income source. A lot of jobs are remote now. Still, we do know that Miami is very expensive. Let me add, there is a lot of crime.

 CHAT GPT may change our game. Hey, it is an amazing artificial intelligence program. It is obvious that people do wonder what God may think about brains that are a lot more intelligent than human ones. OK, so if we are not careful, it could be game over.
