land line

Fellows, the landline is going away. Well, that is certainly my opinion. Do hope that people start to become more aware.

XT

Do you remember the 1983 IBM PC XT? Oh wow, IBM was once a builder of personal computers many years ago. Mostly, it was for business users. It was about $2,000 in price. That was like 20 grand now. Yeah, we can buy a chrome book for $99 now. It has a lot more processing power. Also, let me add, a lot more memory.

few children

Ah yes, few children are being born and empty playgrounds are common. There is a strange silence that fills our air. Maybe, we are seeing a future that fills us with maximum sorrow. Oh wow, the decline in our birth rate is so serious. Could be that we will have to wait a few years. However, there will be major consequences.

Birth order

Birth order is important in developing what type of personality you have, but there we are. Yo, it does matter what order you were BORN in. Frankly, we know that the eldest child tends to be more responsible and the most young... they tend to act like a baby even in later years.

Technology

Technology dominates in the best jobs for the year. However, we have one issue. Frankly, a lot of those jobs can be sent over seas. Often, we can find foreign workers for less than our own minimum wage.

electric cars

Hey, we like electric cars. Sadly, they have limited range. Also, that capacity decreases every charge and every year. Please add that this can decrease in cold weather such as below zero.

quiet eye

Athletes need a quiet eye. That is a secret to our success. Actually, it is important to focus on our massive purpose. Tunnel into a narrow view. Only then do we harness our energy. Yeah, there it is.

Architecture

Architecture fascinates me. There are so many shapes and so many sizes. Do hope that people will become more attune to shapes that are organic.

AI supremacy

What ever country wants to rule the earth must first gain AI supremacy. Certainly, this is the new battle ground in the trade war. Let us step into this exciting new arena. Yeah, it reminds me of the old soviet union and our space race. Well, there is no longer a soviet union. Maybe, history will repeat itself once more.

revive

Retail can revive. However, we do not know when that is. After all, we saw a lot of factory jobs move overseas. Expect things in our near future to get even worse. Sadly, closed down malls are so common.

ocean

Living close to the ocean... that really is a blessing or a curse. Actually, it is a blessing for most of the year. However, when a large hurricane comes... then it is seems as a curse.
