4K videos in CC or creative commons... are free to use. They can spice up your movies. Look for creative commons when you search on you tube for movie snips. Most of these are small pieces. Best to find what you need on you tube for free as 4K video is expensive. Search tags are UHD, 4K, and CC, but remember to use only those movie snips that are in creative commons.
