Colleges, um construction is down again. Blame banks is you want to, but this is serious. Jobs in construction never did recover. Government gave big banks a lot of loans, but that cash is gone. Banks at first sat on the money. Then they blew it. OK so now they want some more. Hey, we could have built some bridges with that money.
