Where we live there are dog dumpers that get rid of puppies. Tired of all the hassles they get rid of them late at night when few will see. I am talking about rural areas. Yeah, this abandoned dogs roam. Often they are near a farm and they look so sad with out their owners. Do wish it were no so.
