 Expect that um there will not be a lot of shopping for toys this holiday season. People are really short on money. Do blame the high grocery prices. Also, we can point out the high gas prives. Those are a bit scary.

 There is a lot of fog in early morning. Also, there is a certain coolness in our air. Hey, that is just my own opinion.

 Ah yes, the future is upon us. Just look the awesome universe we are in. Basically, the town mall for us is amazon. Netflix is our new cinema. Like going to office is turning on zoom. Frankly, the old analog age is no more. Welcome in our new DIGITAL era.

 Home sales fall for the eighth month in a row. It will be nine soon. Folks, we are heading into a massive recession. Sadly, our ominous economic crisis may get even worse. Do hope that we are so wrong. Maybe, we need to become wise.

 People dream of having vast wealth and power. I am not so sure... like why this phenomenon is. Perhaps, we feel empty inside and need to fill that vacuum. Well, that is an interesting theory of mine. Do tell me what you see.

 Economists do claim that we could see an eventual decline in residential home prices. Well, that one day might truly be so. However, interest rates are way up. Therefore, the dreaded mortgage payment is not going down any time soon.

 Inflation has not hurt emerging economies. Well, that is the new consensus. Frankly, we are no so sure. Time will tell as we see.
