 USA plans to ban oil imports from russia. Hey, there is a lot of stuff we get from our enemies. Could be that we do need to get wise.

universe

 It is certainly an eerie universe we are in. Like there is a strange feeling in our air. Maybe, we need to be able to be a bit more aware. Frankly, it really does feel like something major is just around our own corner.

rents rise

Economists worry as rents rise. Levels now are so insane. Yeah, hyperinflation is getting out of hand for us. Do look at gas prices. They are near four dollars per gallon and still going up. Fellow colleagues, we do find our situation so worrisome. Perhaps, we need to find new answers.

 Oh wow, energy prices go up. That would be over 50% in one year. Folks, this is serious. Just what is going on? Just now there are people who wanna RATION power. Do try to keep both of your eyes open.

TIME

 TIME is certainly not my friend, but rather instead one o me own enemies. It does take so much away. Yeah, it is not just in terms of beauty, but also my energy. Let us just say... Time is my own nemesis.

 Jordan Peterson says a population collapse is near. Well, that fact should amaze us. After all, humans are not producing little ones. Do wonder what the future will look like and if we will still be around in a few years.

 What does um DEAD WOOD even mean? Look at the execs. Thay often refer to long time employees as dead wood an added burdensome expense. However, that is not our case. In fact, we are... the hard-working productive people that make it possible to have a company. Well, a profitable one any way.

 There are many reasons... for why we can run. Life can be so amazing. Yet, we do realize we need to have a purpose. Ah yes, that is what God gives us. OK, so now it is TIME we take some action and be a lot more.

 Actually, there are many people who feel obsolete now. Technology does move at a furious pace. It is hard to understand what is going on.

 Friends, we see the small sellers are crushed via amazon. Hey, they are not such a nice company. Jeff Bezos used to be the world's richest man. Well, that was then and this is now. Still, we hope that they find a new venue. After all, eBay will probably welcome them with open arms.

 Machine learning will be used in the apple car. That is awesome news. Still, we do wonder who is at fault if we crash our car. Maybe, we can blame an apple algorithm, but who can say. Like that will be a tough call for an insurance company. Friends, the future is getting stranger every year.

emissions

 People are told that you should become vegan. That you will generate fewer carbon emissions.  Hey, we need a new scene. Could be that we are in a sour sorrow. Do try to not become so carnivorous. Sadly, we have not been able to find a way to create products that taste like meat - for example, using soy.

previous era

 I do remember our previous era. Those are some warm memories. Yeah, that was way before our current on going crisis. It is like this fright mare is never over. Frankly, it is like being stuck inside a low-budget horror movie.

 Yo, get ready for the biggest comet ever seen. Well, in our life time any way. Hey, it is a mega comet and with an emphasis on the word um mega. Please do not tell me... that it is gonna hit us. That would not be very nice.

Food

 Food waste is soaring. 40% of our food never gets eaten - never ever. This is a minor crisis. Instead of producing more... like we should eat more. Sadly, a lot of good chow ends up inside of a garbage can.

super weirdo

I do have a question for all of you.  OK, so as we know the 50's were a far more conservative era. However, super weirdo was never ever arrested for walking about in public wearing red underwear for some reason. Perhaps, you can give me an answer.

fourth stimulus check

 Oh wow, a fourth stimulus check is near. Brothers and sisters, it is time for more green. That is some awesome news. Still, we do feel that our TAX is going to rise. Expect inflation to keep on rolling over us. Yeah, we do not know what tomorrow will bring, but expect to see rough seas.

silicon valley

 Folks, our silicon valley is no longer the high technology wild west frontier as workers flee amazon. Yeah, it should really surprise no one. California has high taxes as well as low wages. Those two make for a sorry mix.

Google maps

 Google maps is super. However, we need to learn to zoom in. There is a lot of detail in their street view images. Ah yes, that is what we see. Best that we find out more on our awesome universe... that we are in.

cars

 People find it scary... to drive their own cars. Like there are many reasons. Here is a new one. Accidents are way up this new year. Sadly, this number is 16% higher than it was last year. Distracted driving due to people texting is seen as a main cause. Frankly, we are no so sure.
