 People are leaving big cities now. Hey, we can certainly blame our virus. That said, there are many reasons. Citizens wanna avoid high crime areas. Also, they like to live out in the countryside as there is pure air. Let me add, less noise.

college campus

 Friends, the college campus sees a rise in crime. Basically, we need to act before things get even worse. Problems do not just go away. Fires grow if they are not put out soon. It is better to act than to plead ignorance. Otherwise, our problems will grow even more.

HDR

 Here is a history of the HDR for you. Well, it is interesting as we see. That said, we do wonder if we need to know some more. I plan to add a few additional information resources.

Bugs

 I do not like the average bug, that said, mosquitoes are even worse. However, there is a trap that can get rid of most of em. That is awesome news. Yes, I wish there were none. Mosquitoes that is. Bugs are so annoying.

Hidden canyons

 Hidden canyons are interesting to us. Often, we do wonder what secrets they might hold for us. There are not many in my area. I do like to see canyons.

Jobs

 People are quitting jobs and there are many reasons. For example, you work very hard, yet get little pay. Do understand that inflation is on a roar. What we need are jobs that pay us money. Oh yes, as in a living wage. Those are not so common. God have mercy on us.

Helicopters

 Helicopters are not so pop. OK, so here is one reason. Frankly, they are quite noisy. Also, flying them is not so easy. Basically, we thought that this might be the future, but we were wrong once more.

Ford

 Ford might abandon electric cars. They are starting to walk away. Hey, this should never surprise us. I did say um never.

price gains

 Realtors do warn us... that we should not expect major price gains. Yeah, they claim that those days are over. Well, just so you know, I am not so sure. After all, we do have serious inflation now. Hey, we do mean serious.

atomium rule

 The um  Atomium rule can help us. Basically, it means... that you break up a big mega project into little bite-size pieces. Hey, that is good advice when given. Do not bite off more than you can chew as we see.

super wow

 These vehicles are super wow. Do take a look at em. Well, we do like what we see. Yeah, I would like to own one. Hey, my favorite is the flying car.

 The slowest-selling car in america is an accura. Hey, they are simply not so popular any more. People these days are into an SUV or a cross over car.

side hustles

 Yo, side hustles do help us get by, as we see. Hey, it is known as a gig economy. Sadly, we work more... for less pay.

TIME

 TIME most certainly is not our friend, but rather instead, it is one of our mean enemies. Yeah, it does take so much away. Not just our beauty, but also our energy. Yeah, it does drain us of our life essence even.
