eager energy

Often, when we start a new job we have an eager energy. This will dissipate as the years wear on. Still, we have all those warm memories. Yeah, this is especially true in a small start up. The president promises you a lot of stock in the company. Well, this you will get instead of pay. Later the company goes public and you get no stock as in zero. Sadly, you feel like a moron. Well, that is how it is. Executives are liars who often make empty promises.
