Police spend most of their time generating revenue. Basically, that means sitting behind a bush in a corner. Yeah, they are near an intersections looking for busy people who ignore a stop sign. Frankly, this is because giving out tickets brings the city money. Yeah, every place we look we see a cop car. They are their to make life even worse.
