Kroger is talking to target about a possible merger. What we saw is a major stock prices jump. Hey, that is super news. Like this is one struggling grocery. The time to BEEF up is now. It would give them the ability to compete with retail giants such as wall mart and internet giant amazon. Just saying, but that is my view.
