NPC

 NPC means non-player character and we can see them in video games. Actually, they are so common. Calling someone an NPC is an insult as you can imagine. Still, the average NPC is going to get a lot more versatile as artificial intelligence programs become more common. Oh wow, what an ominous eerie universe we are in.

office buildings

 OK, so a lot of office buildings downtown are now MT or near so. MT means empty as we see. Yeah, it is the opposite of full and making nice revenue. People are doing more remote work now. Driving downtown is a minor pain. Also, they can save money. First, we can save on gas. Second, let me add, there is a lot less wear on our cars.

mouse

 There is a new tool in the fight against cancer. OK, so scientists are working on creating a transparent mouse. Hey, this sounds like the plot of an ominous low-budget science fiction movie. Do hope that this little guy... does not escape. Well, they you are now. Ah yes, those wonderful men in science.

jobs

 OK, so jobs are in short supply as we enter into a massive recession. Well, artificial intelligence is taking jobs away. However, some jobs are safe or secure.  For example, I have not seen any robot homeless men... like begging on a street corner. Frankly, that sounds like the plot in a low-budget science fiction movie.

heat wave

 There is a heat wave. Oh yes, it is massive. Electric power grids are near maximum. Frankly, we do not believe we can use ELECTRIC cars. The main reason is global warming. Well, that is one reason. Colleagues, things are simply too warm. Expect to see one warm summer.

thunderstorm

 It is not a good idea to take a shower during a thunderstorm according to science. Oh yes, you might have a very SHOCKING experience. Hey, this fact is worrisome. Do hope that most people realize that electricity can travel through metal pipes.

Retail Stores

 Retail Stores are closing all over. Hey, there are few malls left dues to our ongoing economic crisis. OK, so politicians do enjoy blaming the internet once more. Folks, the problem is the lack of money. Hey, it is not amazing amazon.

rice

 India bans shipments of rice. OK, so this is due to soaring prices. Folks, we do believe that things are getting even worse. Shortages of food might become common soon. Hey, we might be forced to pay... like a lot more.

moon

 Ah yes, decidedly gibbous is our moon. It is so pretty up in our air. Yet, I do wonder what was once seen... like by ancient cavemen. Perhaps, they saw a quite different moon. If only I had a time machine that could transport me... to an ancient by gone era.

vacancies

 Office buildings have many vacancies. Landlords are doing what they can. The situation is rather worrisome. Remote workers is one reason. Also, do let me add, we are now in an economic crisis.

flying cars

 Yo, at one time our future was flying cars and men on mars. Well, look up at the sky as we do not see any FLYING cars. Sadly, even getting an average ground car is so expensive now. Tomorrow seems like a FLIGHT mare. Oh now, it is FRIGHT mare we mean.
