economic ruins

People make less money every year. Only like the super-rich get richer, and the rest of us get even poorer. Folks, what we face is economic ruins. Right now a stampede of meatless products is overrunning our grocery. Well, it is a lot cheaper to use soy. However, these are not good for you. Let me be the one to tell you. Soybean is not a good protein source.

Pancake fans

Pancake fans, or it that pans... like we got some sour news. IHOP is changing its own name. That is a tragedy for our already troubled times, but we ask you why this is. Frankly, we have no answer. Hey, they were doing super with the old one. Colleagues, we have no idea why they would even ponder changing their very iconic name. Best guess is that this event is like new coke, a massive colossal blunder of astronomical proportions or shall we say cosmic.

open plan office

Yo, this just in. Ah yes, the open plan office is sexism. Well, that is some sour news. Frankly, we did not see it that way. However, who are we to say. Butterflies are free to fly, or at least they should indeed be that way.

books

There is no end to books we would like to read, but time is our enemy. Yeah, we need to work a lot and come home tired with no energy.

computing work

It is with sorrow... that we report this news. What we see is... factories were closed down years ago. Hey, most computing work is being sent overseas now. Get a college degree, but not in computer science. Otherwise, you will be forced to compete with people willing to do your work for less than our minimum wage.

concrete canyons

City living is no fun for me. There are concrete canyons. It feels to sterile and devoid of life, but there we are.

LAPD

LAPD uses data to predict crime. Let me see. Most crime probably happens in urban areas. Typically, at the city's inner core. Oh wow, we must be geniuses. Not a lot takes place in rural regions. Probably, they should ask me where most crime occurs. Here are some tell-tale signs. For example, you see a lot of liquor stores, psychic readers, tattoo parlors, gun shops, and a trailer park is near.
